I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere at the hotel. The decoration was elegant and reminded me of a time when attention to detail was valued. The general areas were beautifully maintained and I felt comfortable relaxing in the common spaces. As a senior woman, I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb, making it easier for me to navigate.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive service from the staff. While they were friendly, I sometimes felt that they were too busy or overwhelmed to fully cater to the needs of their guests.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations had a touch of elegance and reminded me of the beautiful homes I used to visit in my younger years. The common areas were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy for me to relax and socialize with other guests. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people like myself. The staff kindly offered assistance with my luggage and ensured that there were handrails and non-slip surfaces throughout the premises, making it easy for me to navigate around.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more activities or amenities specifically designed for our age group. While I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the children working there, it would have been nice to have some tailored programs or services that catered to the unique needs and interests of older guests.

I couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the city center and close to the airport. Walking to the city center is possible. A few bakeries that serve Sicilian delicacies dot the way to the center. the rooms come with air conditioning, TV, and great breakfast options with homemade jams.
Communication with the staff is difficult and check-in could be smoother. the neighborhood is not attractive and bathrooms are dirty with poor sound isolation.
